We sail from Svolvær at 09:00 and will stop at Henningsvær, Balstad, Nusfjord, Reine and Å. We will follow the same route back and will port in Svolvær at 17.30. Sail all of Lofoten in one day or hop off and enjoy more intimate experiences in these hidden gems of Lofoten. We sail the same route back each afternoon, so you can jump back on the same day or next day if you prefer. The choice is yours!
Between admiring the breathtaking surroundings, our knowledgeable English-speaking guide and host will give you an introduction to the local history and culture of Lofoten, as well as show you short documentaries and presentations about the region, wildlife and local culture.

Highlights By Stop:
For the adventure seekers, take a beautiful kayaking tour around the harbour of Henningsvær and around the surrounding small islands. Alternatively take a sea eagle to safari to Trollfjord by rib boat and get up close and personal with these majestic creatures. For those looking for a dose of culture, stop by KaviarFactory and Galleri Lofoten to view both contemporary art and paintings dating back to the turn of the last century. Join the Full Steam museum and restaurant experience about the history and culture of codfish in Lofoten. Find out why codfish is so famous in Norway while tasting some delicacies.
If you don’t mind getting a bit wet, how about a spot of snorkeling or diving? You can see immense kelp forests, sea urchins, starfish and crabs amongst other things. For the fishing enthusiasts, spearfishing here is a must try. If you are lucky you might nab yourself a big halibut. If you work up an appetite after that, Himmel og Havn restaurant is a must try for high quality Norwegian cuisine.
Lofoten gets more beautiful the further south you head and in Nusfjord it really starts to heat up. Nusfjord Arctic Resort is nestled amongst a group of towering mountains. A walk through this incredible mountain range is enough to make your jaw drop. Once you are done admiring the view, the Arctic Resort has every activity you could think of covered, including a wide variety of watersports. Take a guided hike in the idyllic surroundings of Nusfjord. Relax at the spa and wellness center or take a yoga class. There is even a cooking class to learn how to make traditional northern cuisine.
Reinebringen is the most popular hike in the whole of Lofoten islands, standing 500m above sea level. It offers a dazzling view over the fishing villages of Reine, Sakrisøy and Hamnøy. An intermedite level of fitness is required to complete the hike and there are stone steps majority of the way up. As with most of Lofoten, there are plenty of water sports to choose from. Why not stay the night here in a modern cabin overlooking the breathtaking waterfront? Cabins in Norway are usually equipped with saunas for you to relax after a day of adventure.
Visit the southernmost village of Lofoten. The village bakery, with its stone ovens, dating back more than a century, is famous for its cinnamon buns. Take in the stunning landscapes of this region one last time before enjoying the ride back to Svolvær.
Keep in mind that the weather in the arctic can be rough some days. If you think you might get seasick, please bring sea-sickness medicine with you and take it half an hour before the trip starts.
